WARRANTY & REPAIRS
Most of the Products are covered by 12 month Warranty from date of purchase, unless stipulated otherwise in the product page/ Invoice that you have received, or in the Terms and Conditions mentioned below. In case No Warranty Information is mentioned on Product Page or your Invoice, The Product carries no Warranty.
Return of Faulty Goods:
If you find a manufacturing fault with the device then contact us on +9714-5477765 or alternatively, you can also Email us on [email protected] quoting your Order Reference and we shall be pleased to assist you.
If the product is Dead On Arrival (DOA) or you feel a faulty product has been delivered to you, we will arrange for a replacement ASAP. Replacements will only be given once the defective product has been checked by us/ Our Distributors. Replacements will depend on availability of the product and Replacement time shall vary for different products. Customers are entitled for FULL REFUND in case the Product is no longer available.Any discrepancy in the Products received including (not limited to) Faulty Products/ Product damage / Product being a used one / Missing accessories must be notified within 2 days after delivery. Any such complaints thereafter will not be considered. The Product must also be returned to us immediately to consider it for replacement. Any issue/s with the Product delivered is notified to us after 2 days (from delivery date) the issue will be taken up as per the respective Product Warranty Policy for Repairs.
For 'Apple', 'GoPro' & 'DJI' products Warranty Support, Customers are requested to contact the respective manufacturers directly. kindly get in touch with us in case you need any assistance regarding the same.

In most of the cases it will take 1-2 Weeks but no more than 4 weeks to get a product repaired based on the type of issue and information provided. However, In case some Spare Parts are not available locally, Or in case the unit has to be sent to the Service centre outside UAE, The Customer shall be informed about the time required for Repairs which may be longer than 4 weeks. Please note that Warranty is covered only on electronic equipment and not covered on accessories such as battery, earphones, CD's, Games, Scooter tyres, Scooter tubes, Cables, Charger & other accessories. Warranty does not cover malfunction of the Phone due to Third Party Applications. Non-performance of Third Party Applications shall not mean defect with the Device and hence will not be covered under warranty. Software related issues are also not covered under Warranty, however we will try and assist in few cases.
If for some reason the item cannot be repaired, don’t worry, we will refund the amount with a deduction based on the Product usage as below:
- 20% deduction if the Product is used for less than 3 months
- 30% deduction if the Product is used for 3-6 months
- 45% deduction if the Product is used for 6-12 months
There may be additional deductions for any physical damages or missing parts on the Product.
The Warranty becomes void if the item is dropped or mishandled or if there is any sort of external or internal damage (Circuit Board) to the product. There is no warranty on broken screen, broken parts or water damage and considered as out of warranty coverage. Warranty is void in case of any damage to Product externally or internally due to over heating, over use, also due to the usage of accessories that are not purchased from us. Any damage due to short-circuit will also make the product warranty void.
Kindly Ensure you have backed up all your data from the unit prior to sending it to us for Repairs and we are not responsible for any kind of Data loss. Also Ensure all accessories and cables are included in the box when you return the item for a warranty claim. Customers will be charged for any additional packaging that the Product may require in case of non-availability of original Packaging. The Customers will bear the transportation charges in case no defect is found in the Product.
Gadzup.com will not be responsible for any loss of personal data stored on the devices. Customers are expected to backup all data stored on their devices, prior to sending the unit to Gadzup.com.
